As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will bring structure to marketing execution by coordinating projects across teams and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. This role is focused on keeping work moving efficiently, maintaining clarity across stakeholders, and supporting smooth delivery of ongoing marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise incoming marketing-related requests
- Manage marketing projects from initial briefing through to delivery
- Coordinate workflows and timelines across marketing, design, product, operations, and business development
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate social media activity, including planning, approvals, and scheduling
- Support the organisation and coordination of marketing-led events at major EXPOs
- Maintain clear communication and documentation to keep projects moving
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Background in technology/fintech/payments, with at least 2 years’ experience in SaaS
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Asana is mandatory
- Fluent in English
