We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Limassol, Cyprus. As a Level 2 Tech Support Specialist, you will handle advanced technical issues escalated from Level 1 Support, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and work closely with our development and product teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deep-dive diagnose and fix complex product, integration, and system problems
● Communicate directly with customers — clear updates, real solutions
● Reproduce issues in test environments, dig through logs, and hunt down root causes
● Partner with Dev and QA to push verified bugs to resolution
● Master paytech’s products and integrations inside out; always be the first to know what’s new
● Test upcoming features and releases before they reach customers
● Write sharp, reusable troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles

Job Requirements:

● 1+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk within the payments industry
● Solid hands-on experience with APIs, payment flows, and basic SQL queries
● Comfortable with Postman, CRM/ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, etc.)
● Strong troubleshooting skills — you can dig deep, find the real cause, and actually fix it
● Fluent English (both spoken and written) — you can explain complex things simply
● Team player who enjoys collaborating with Dev, Product, and QA
● Passionate about delivering high-quality technical support and maintaining strong client relationships
