As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations across the office and supporting employees with their technical needs. You will manage workstation setup end-to-end, user access and accounts, local network stability, and secure remote connectivity (VPN). You will also maintain IT asset inventory and support procurement, working closely with internal teams and vendors to keep our infrastructure secure, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workplace setup and maintenance: End-to-end preparation of employees’ IT workstations — from assembling and configuring equipment to installing the required software.
  • User technical support: Prompt support for employees on all technical matters, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Access and account management: Administration of user permissions and accounts, including managing access to corporate resources and shared folders.
  • Network infrastructure administration: Ensuring stable operation of the local network, including configuration and monitoring of network equipment.
  • Secure remote access: Setting up and maintaining VPN access to enable secure and convenient work for a distributed team.
  • IT asset management and procurement: Maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment, tracking asset movement, and keeping the asset register up to date. Coordinating with vendors, preparing specifications, and supporting procurement processes.
  • Event support: Providing technical support for corporate events, presentations, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Support / IT Administrator (on-site workplace support).
  • Hands-on skills with PC/Mac setup, OS and software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic network administration (LAN/Wi-Fi, network equipment monitoring/configuration) and VPN support.
  • Experience with user access/account management and corporate resources.
  • Ability to manage IT assets/inventory and support basic procurement/vendor communication.
  • Comfortable supporting meeting rooms/events (AV, conferencing).
  • Fluent Russian is required; English (B1+) for daily team communication.
