The Head of Partnerships at paytech is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key platforms, large enterprises, aggregators, and ecosystem partners. The role focuses on expanding paytech’s global footprint by creating strong, high-value partnerships that leverage our white-label payment ecosystem to serve the needs of diverse businesses. The ideal candidate deeply understands the payments landscape, platform-to-platform opportunities, and excels at building relationships that convert into sustainable commercial growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage strategic platforms, aggregators, and major enterprises that can benefit from paytech’s white-label ecosystem
  • Develop a structured partnership strategy aligned with paytech’s commercial and product roadmap
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and strategic clients
  • Create joint value propositions with partners to drive ecosystem expansion and revenue growth
  • Work closely with Product, Business Development, and Integration teams to ensure smooth onboarding and technical alignment
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, licensing models, and go-to-market frameworks
  • Represent paytech at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and attract high-value partners
  • Track, analyze, and report partnership performance, pipeline progress, and commercial impact
  • Proactively identify new opportunities, industries, and partnership models that expand paytech’s reach

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy in igaming, forex, ecommerce, or payments
  • Proven ability to build and manage impactful partnerships with platforms, processors, acquirers, or aggregators
  • Understanding of whitelabel payment platforms, API integrations, and ecosystem-style commercial models
  • Strong industry network with the ability to build trusted executive-level relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable partnership structures
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, product, and commercial teams
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and effective in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Language skills: English – required, Russian – preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with global or multi-regional partnership models
  • Strong understanding of platform ecosystems and high-volume digital industries
  • Ability to drive multi-party value creation inside an ecosystem of partners
