Senior Legal Counsel.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to take ownership of our legal and contractual function and ensure we move fast without compromising on structure, clarity, or protection. This role sits at the centre of the business. You will work across sales, partnerships, finance, product, and compliance, while acting as the main point of contact for all legal matters and external legal advisors. We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, highly organised, and able to keep deals moving. This is not a passive legal role. You will be expected to take ownership, lead negotiations, and build processes that scale with the company.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts, from drafting to execution, including amendments and renewals
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including client agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, and supplier contracts
• Partner closely with sales and partnerships teams to support deal structuring and contract negotiations
• Provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Identify and assess legal risks in commercial arrangements and propose pragmatic solutions
• Develop and maintain contract templates and standard clauses to improve efficiency and consistency
• Support the improvement of contract processes and workflows to increase speed and scalability
• Work with external legal counsel when needed, ensuring efficient use of external support
• Maintain visibility over contract status, key obligations, and renewal timelines
• Support legal matters related to payments products and integrations, in collaboration with senior team members

• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a technology-driven environment
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts independently
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in handling negotiations with external parties
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Exposure to regulatory and compliance matters in fintech or payments (e.g. AML/KYC, licensing, cross-border operations)
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR, DPAs)
• Experience working with tools like PandaDoc, HubSpot, or similar contract/workflow systems
