We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our frontend architecture and build scalable, production-grade web applications. In this role, you will design and develop complex SPA solutions using React and TypeScript, work closely with product and backend teams across the full development lifecycle, and help shape technical decisions, engineering standards, and user experience through both implementation and prototyping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Take ownership of frontend architecture and contribute to technical decision-making
- Build production-grade SPA solutions with clear structure, maintainability, and scalability in mind
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces
- Prototype and iterate on UI/UX solutions where needed
- Integrate with REST APIs, including authentication flows, error handling, retries, and unstable backend contracts
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability across browsers and edge cases
- Participate in code reviews, release processes, and CI/CD workflows
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to frontend best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in frontend development
- Proven experience working in product teams
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive layout, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade SPA applications
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, separation of concerns, and state management
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar tools
- Practical experience integrating REST APIs
- Good understanding of HTTP basics, authentication, timeouts, retries, and error handling
- Experience with performance optimization and handling complex UI or large datasets
- Familiarity with modern build tools, Git, CI/CD, code review, and release workflows
- Ability to take ownership, design solutions, and justify technical choices
- Strong UI/UX sense with the ability to prototype interfaces and translate requirements into clear user flows

- Experience in fintech or payments
- Experience in high-load or technically complex product environments
