Overview:

paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in payments. We deliver cutting-edge white-label payment gateway, payment orchestration, and financial management technologies customised to fit our partners’ business needs. 

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help shape how paytech’s products are positioned, communicated, and experienced by users. In this role, you will own how our products are presented internally and externally — from feature launches and platform messaging to supporting improvements in the actual user experience of the platform. You will work closely with leadership, product, development, commercial teams, and our back-office front-end designer to modernise and improve the platform experience, ensuring that our products evolve in line with user needs, business goals, and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate technical functionality into commercially valuable messaging for merchants, PSPs, and other customer segments
  • Work with product, development, and design teams to improve platform usability, onboarding flows, navigation, and product clarity
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging for paytech’s products, platform modules, and future product lines
  • Research fintech, payment infrastructure, white-label gateway, and orchestration market trends
  • Create release notes, feature announcements, landing page copy, demo materials, and launch campaigns
  • Support leadership with long-term product communication and positioning strategy
  • Own communication for new feature launches, releases, and product updates
  • Analyse competitors and identify positioning opportunities
  • Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams

Requirements:

  • Experience working closely with designers, product teams, or development teams
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience in product marketing within fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate them clearly
  • Experience with fintech or payment-related products is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B product positioning
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Excellent written communication skills
