We are looking for an Execution Manager to ensure that decisions consistently turn into outcomes.

This role is responsible for capturing, structuring, and driving execution across teams. The Execution Manager works closely with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure that nothing is lost, delayed, or overlooked.

You will act as the central point of accountability for follow-ups, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Capture and structure action points from meetings, discussions, and ongoing initiatives
• Convert high-level ideas into clear, actionable tasks with defined owners and deadlines
• Maintain a centralized execution tracker across product, integrations, operations, and partnerships
• Follow up consistently with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Identify delays, blockers, and risks early, and escalate when necessary
• Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines and deliverables
• Ensure visibility of progress through structured reporting and updates
• Drive execution discipline across the organization

• No critical task or request is lost or forgotten
• Clear ownership and deadlines exist for all key initiatives
• Overdue items are actively managed and minimized
• Leadership has full visibility over execution status and blockers
• Teams operate with stronger accountability and follow-through

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or execution-focused roles
• Strong ability to structure information and translate discussions into actions
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable following up persistently across all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills — direct and to the point
• Experience in fintech, payments, or technology environments is a plus
