Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payment process, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement payment strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and customer service teams to improve payment systems and processes.
- Create the initial setup of terminals in the system.
Perform testing via newly enabled terminals for errors presence. - Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of payment solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fintech environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to take decisions independently
- Familiarity with payment processing, payments cascading.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners effectively.
