paytech Achieves PCI DSS Level 1: Elevating Payment Security and Trust
Overview
paytech is a SaaS provider of white-label payment gateway software, enabling businesses worldwide to connect to multiple payment providers with ease and security. We are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and continuously develop our products to enhance client experience.
Our tech teams span R&D, Security / DevOps / Network, Customer Development, AI, and Customer Support, working together to deliver a robust, scalable payments platform.
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong Java stack background to join our Customer Development team. You will ensure the quality and reliability of new features and product updates, working closely with developers and product teams to test and validate functionality before release.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Development & Product Testing
- Test paytech’s internal products, features, and releases (Java-based) before production deployment
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for core functionality, UI, and backend services
- Validate end-to-end user flows, edge cases, and regression scenarios
- Collaborate with R&D and Customer Development teams to ensure quality standards are met
Quality Assurance Processes
- Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and documentation
- Contribute to QA standards, test automation, and best practices within the team
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
- Solid experience with Java-based applications and testing backend services
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
- Good understanding of software release cycles and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Russian and English language skills
- Familiarity with payment processing or fintech domain
- Experience with QA automation frameworks and scripting (Java)
