Product Manager (Payment Gateway) | Product Development.

paytech is a next-generation payment technology company focused on delivering secure, scalable, and frictionless payment solutions for businesses worldwide. Our payment gateway powers thousands of merchants, and we are now expanding its capabilities with new, innovative functionality. We are looking for a Product Manager who will help shape the future of our platform.

As a Product Manager within the paytech product team, you will drive the discovery, definition, and delivery of new features built on top of our core payment gateway. You will act as a central point of alignment among stakeholders, ensuring that product decisions are informed, strategic, and move the business forward. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, a user-centric mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product functionality—from concept to launch to ongoing optimization.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring priorities align with company goals.
• Work cross-functionally with project managers, account managers, developers, QA engineers, and senior leadership to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external communication related to product updates, feature releases, and roadmap progress.
• Conduct post-launch feature performance analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and drive iterative enhancements.
• Ensure alignment of expectations and transparency across all stakeholders throughout the product development process.
• Contribute to strategic discussions regarding product vision, market positioning, and long-term growth.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or similar tech domains.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, transactional systems, or financial technologies.
• Proven ability to write structured PRDs and translate complex ideas into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with applying AI in business processes and building product features with AI/ML
• Experience with UX optimization for highly complex professional B2B products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
